Exquistay (“we” or “the platform”) is purely an editorial referral and information service. We provide curated travel inspiration, editorial content, and search widgets and links from independent third-party providers — not any travel services of our own. We are not a tour operator, not a travel intermediary within the meaning of § 651 of the German Civil Code (BGB), and not a booking platform. No travel, transport, accommodation, or car rental contracts are concluded through our site. We exclusively compile information and link to or embed third-party offers. We accept no liability whatsoever, to the extent permitted by law, for the content, prices, availability, or performance of these third-party offers (see sections 3 and 5).
All bookings of flights, hotels, car rentals, or other travel services initiated through widgets or links embedded on our site are made exclusively between you and the respective third-party provider (e.g. airline, hotel, car rental company, or booking portal). We are not involved in these contracts, do not become a contracting party, and assume no responsibility for their performance. Only the general terms and conditions, prices, cancellation policies, and privacy provisions of the respective third-party provider apply.
Prices, availability, reviews, images, and descriptions of destinations, accommodations, or other third-party services displayed or linked on our site are based on information provided by the respective providers or from publicly available sources. We provide no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this information. Any discrepancies between the information shown on our site and the third-party provider's actual offer are the responsibility of that provider, not ours.
Our travel reports, guides, and recommendations reflect the personal impressions, editorial research, and subjective assessment of the respective authors at the time of publication. They do not constitute binding travel, safety, or health advice. Current entry, visa, safety, and health information should always be obtained independently from the relevant official authorities before departure.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, we are only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) — those whose fulfillment is essential to the proper provision of our information service and on whose observance users may regularly rely — and in this case limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of service. Any further liability, in particular for damages arising from the use, booking, or performance of third-party services, is excluded.
The operators of externally linked pages and embedded third-party booking widgets are solely responsible for their content. We do not adopt this content as our own and have no influence over its design, availability, or data processing.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any individual provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
